Repair and Service
All golf cart models serviced and repaired. Utility vehicles serviced and repaired. Kawasaki mules serviced and repaired, polaris rangers serviced and repaired, and other utility vehicles service, repaired, and maintained. Routine maintenance is important to the longevity of your golf cart. Lack of maintenance will soon result in costly repairs.
- Check tires and rims
- Replace tires if needed
- Inspect brakes and clean
- Inspect brake cables, drums, and shoes
- Check batteries for loose terminals and corrosion
- Remove corrosion from batteries, terminals, and cables, and replace cables as needed
- Check and fill battery water levels as needed
- Inspect for worn bushings and replace if needed
- Golf cart controller repair
- Inspect for loose or missing hardware pieces
- Check for motor brush length, replace if needed
- Replacing the spark plug
- Inspect and adjust carburetor and linkages
- Inspect PVC hose, replace if needed
- Inspect starter belt for cracks and proper tension
- Inspect valve clearance, replace if needed
- Inspect fuel filter, replace if needed
- Inspect clutch for wear and rattling
- Inspect length of starter or generator brushes
- Inspect and replace air filter as needed
- Change oil and filter
- Grease front end, suspension, and steering
- Diagnostics - $75
- Service and Repair - $75/hr
